Terms of Service

Any services ordered from DayDream Photography are subject to the following Terms of Service:

1. Property Condition

The property must be fully ready at the scheduled appointment time.
Cleaning, staging, decluttering, and landscaping should be completed prior to arrival. The photographer will turn on lights and open blinds. The photographer is not responsible for moving ANY items, cleaning, or staging. If the property is not ready, the photographer may shoot the property as-is, or reschedule the appointment (rescheduling fees will apply).

2. Appointment Time

The agent or homeowner must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays longer than 15 minutes will result in a rescheduling fee. If the photographer cannot access the property, a trip fee will apply.

3. Weather Policy

Exterior photography is weather permitting. Unless it is pouring sideways, we typically are able to proceed with the ground photos and cloudy days are actually helpful to us with lighting. Drone photos cannot be completed in any rain or extreme wind. If weather conditions are extremely rainy or dangerous, exterior photos may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours of the appointment may incur a fee. Weather-related rescheduling will not incur a fee.


5. Safety & Access

The photographer reserves the right to refuse service if:

The property is unsafe
Animals are not secured
Utilities are not active
Access is restricted
